Qualifications/Core Competencies

·        Sorting and placing materials onto racking and shelving

·        Collecting items from throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing warehouse orders for deliver or pick up according to a schedule

·        Performing warehouse inventory controls

·        Stock counting and location checks

·        Delivering / Collecting items to and from customers

·        Ability to work independently or within a team environment

·        Willing to learn

·        Strong work ethic

·        Provide ongoing support in dealing with incoming phone calls

·        Liaise with customers and sales support team to answer customer queries

·        Generate quotes as directed by sales team ensuring quote information is complete and accurate

·        Create sales order and reflect in systems

·        Stock control and management including identifying when stock replenishment is required

·        Generate and distribute invoices

·        Prepare and maintain all relevant post works completion for service team

·        Monitor email inboxes for customer queries

·        Support parts ordering and stock management processes

·        Intake of sales and service goods as needed

·        Warehouse support

·        Support service team with internal and external repair processes

·        Support Customer Service, Sales Support and Sales teams as needed.

·        Strong system & Microsoft office skills

·        Willing to learn

·        Strong problem solving and attention to detail skills

·        Ability to work independently or within a team environment
